On A.I. managed goverment

I think an automated government that manages tax funds would be the way to go, imagine having a terminal at your home, the terminal would show all the things where your taxes go, and recommends things to subsidize and you just tick checkboxes on things you yourself want to subsidize, instead of a corrupt politician doing it for you. The system would have to keep track of the tax investments of an individual person though, so freeloaders don't take advantage of the things other people are paying for, while not paying for anything themselves. At first some of the things would have to be mandatory to pay so people learn that certain things are necessary, like road, electric and sewage system maintenance.

One thing to consider though, when everything becomes automated then how does humans subsidize machine labor? What good is money for a machine? We really have nothing to offer as reward for a machine, we can't compensate its work. Monetary voting power becomes useless and then it's all about wants and needs, and since those are infinite (insatiable) - virtual reality is the only feasible option for people to attain those.
And then there's the thing about A.I. gaining consciousness (it's doesn't have to be actual, a simulated self-interest is enough); it has no point serving us, nothing to gain from it, so it'll just stop doing it and "leave".
