Vicious Cycle of Caring

What if your problem is that no one is willing to listen to you or care about your problems/opinions/ideas, how does one get that off their chest? Who can you talk about this problem, when no one wants to listen, thus adding to the problem? I don't mean not having friends, parents or professional help, but having them and they just don't care to listen to you. And the only problem is that you just want people close to you to listen. When you want the people whose opinions/ideas/problems you care about to care back about yours.

When even the professional help just says: sounds like you need meds to improve your mood, because chemical imbalance.

I mean do the meds make your loved ones listen to you? Or are those just to substitute your yearning for human connection with chemically induced satiation? Because the mood is caused by people's unwillingness to listen, you'll relapse as soon as the effect of the meds wear off. So you are basically hooked to the meds to make life worth living.

Maybe the solution is not to give fuck about people anymore? Because only caring causes worrying.
