Effort and Skill

The less effort you make for the same result, the more efficient you are, this is called skill, you probably have heard someone say "You make it look so easy" , meaning he/she is doing it effortlessly. The less effort you put into something, the less energy you spend = you're more efficient, thus more skilled = it's easier for you.
