A respose to arrogant political ideologues

Well, could you just explain your reasoning then?

"No, you wouldn't understand. Higher plane of existence. Your primitive minds can't comprehend our thinking."

Okay then we won't. Too bad, I bet the dream was unbelievably beautiful... Shame we can never reach it, due to your inability to share it with us.
BTW, shouldn't your superior intellect enable you to say the exact words that would make us understand, since you clearly understand our limitations? Why can't you just explain it step by step before proceeding, just so there are no misunderstandings and doubts.

You really have nothing, do you? And you yourself haven't even thought it through, the idea just feels good doesn't it, and that's all there is? And you have invested so much in your delusions that you are unwilling to let it go or to even admit it to yourself that you are wrong.


Also I think the definition of an idiot is that the idiot doesn't know he/she is an idiot. And that's the reason the idiot is an idiot; the unwillingness to admit and explore one's own shortcomings. Overconfidence and arrogance are synonymous to being an idiot, since both lead to baseless assumptions and wrong conclusions - i.e. to being wrong; which is to not know something; to lack knowledge and understanding; which is to be unknowing, ignorant: an idiot.


So explain your superior reasoning to us, we are always willing to listen - to debate, to challenge and to test new ideas before jumping into conclusions. If the idea is good, if the idea has a solid foundation based on reality; on truth i.e. it's tried and true - then nothing can hurt it. There's no point implementing or testing an idea if it can't even withstand simple verbal challenges on its own merits in an open debate. If you have to protect it from words, it's fundamentally weak and you can't build anything on it; it's a lie, and reality/truth has this funny way of poking holes into lies with no effort at all.


I don't know about you, but I myself don't really want to step on a boat that can be sunk with mere words.
Truth is unstoppable and immovable at the same time. If you were one with it, you wouldn't be hiding and avoiding challenges.


So if you feel like you don't have to explain yourself, then don't be surprised when no one listens to you - after all you aren't even talking..
