On people who get easily offended

If you are offended by a different opinion, then the person having a different opinion is someone you don't like that much = You don't like someone, deal with it.

People are different, which means there are bound to be people you don't like. If you are offended that there are people who you don't like, then you are offended because you don't like people, which means that you offend yourself. 

Just accept that you don't like people.
